• wear the appropriate safety gear and clothing! A face shield, safety glasses or
• goggles, earmuffs or earplugs, workboots, gloves and correctly fitting clothing
• (long pants and shirt, definately no loose clothing) are the minimum required for
• safe operation.
• 3. Safe operating zone - Keep children, animals and bystanders outside the 15 metre
• operating / hazard zone.
• 4. Maintenance - Check the blade in between use for any cracks, or deformations, if
• any found discard and do not re-use. Be careful not to strike solid objects during
• use. If any solid object is accidentally struck, immediately stop and check the
